Leaves about one finger of foam that disappears slowly, with good lacing. Beer is a nice medium gold, with quite mild carbonation. 4
The aroma is of heavy on malt. Some freshness too. A bit of a grainy sweetness. Fairly one-dimensional. 3
Taste is initially sweet, a sort of almond cookie flavour. Hops bring a slight bitterness on the tongue. A lot of breadiness and some soft spice flavour. Finish is dry with a bit of nougut. 3.5
Mouthfeel is very malty, liquified biscuit almost. Very smooth and slightly creamy. 4
This is not a bad medium ale. It is easy drinking and refreshing. Flavour intensity could be stronger but otherwise its not a bad brew. 3.5

A- This Blonde pours a yeasty, hazy golden color with tinges of orange, copper and rusty tones around the edges....the head isn't very impressive, being only about a half inch in thickness and fizzling out very quickly into wisps swirling around the top of the liquid. Carbonation looks to be modest and lacing is also rather dumbed down...with a mainly oily looking film sticking to the side of the glass....underwhelming at best.
S- Huge bread and yeast dominate the nostrils, with sweet caramel malts following suit, providing a buttery sweetbread aroma. Less prominent smells include some mild citrus, toffee, and the finish is of a very mild hop bitterness that retains some cleanliness and freshness.
T- Slightly citrusy, loads of yeast and bread and overall clean....not much else to say here! It is pleasant on the palate and the finish is clean with some mild hop cone bitterness....a nicely flavored Blonde Ale!
M/O- Medium bodied and super smooth carbonation make this an easy going, enjoyable beer to consume anytime.....the creamy nature of the yeast reminds me of freshly baked buns/dessert bread with a drizzle of melted butter! I would buy this one again! Cheers!

Poured from a 16 oz bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Columbia, SC. The appearance is a clear, pale golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is hops, some grass or grain and honey. The taste is mild and very pleasant.

Nice blond ale with mildly dry finish. Golden color with fine carbonation, and a skin of a head. Aroma is malt and light citrus, taste is malt, saltines, with a nice touch of hops. A good British beer....

I couldn't finish it. It's made with barley malts and may be the cause of the undesirable taste.
