A - A hazy Golden brew with an amber tint. A large frothy head with decent retnetion and scattered meek lacing.
S - Smells predominantly of sweet light malts with a bit of grassy hops and very faint elderberries. Alright smell.
T - The foretaste is a dry, bland maltiness. Then it shifts into a lightly sweet malt with a touch of grassy hops. The finish is a faint bland grassy hop bitterness. Not great.
M - Thin, very harsh from carbonation, not very refreshing.
D - Not so good. It is harsh and drying, I am going to struggle to get through this pint. It is not something I would want to continually drink.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. Golden colour, fluffy head diminishing rapidly. Moderate but pleasant hoppy aroma with citrussy elements and some toffee. Flavour is rather lager-like, with a grapefruity bitterness with some metallic notes in the finish. I started drinking it far too cold, improves a bit as it warms up, but not much. Reasonably refreshing, but no masterpiece.

From notes 12/14/11: Pours a clear orange gold with 2 inches of moderately lasting, fluffy, white head that leaves behind patchy lacing. Aroma is mild: grain, sweet malt, some hoppiness with hints of honey and fruit. Taste: maltiness gives way to lasting hop bitterness with grain, biscuit, lemon zest, green apple and honey notes throughout. Crisp, dry, drinkable and refreshing. Claims to be a certified organic beer.

500 ml. bottle.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 1/2 inch off white head over a slightly hazy golden body with some lacing. Nose of not much; faint malt, faint hops, faint biscuit/bread, and not much else. Taste isn't any better, it's actually worse. Okay feel, and overall, I have no idea how old this is, as I found it in the walk-in cooler at work. I would not recommend. Cheers!

Pours a clear deep golden coloration with a large, fothy head. Smells of doughy, grainy malt with a hint of citrus and hay. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by sweet, doughy, grainy malt and just a touch of citrus hops and hay, as well as the merest hint of honey, fruity yeast esters: apple skin and a very light mineral note. Finishes with a light bitterness and some doughy malt, fruity esters and a light mineral note lingering in the aftertaste. Full mouthfeel with a medium body and medium/strong carbonation.
A perfectly pleasant English Pale Ale that's heavy on the malts, but still with a good balance of hops and mild yeast esters, giving this a very resfreshing quality and a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Unremarkable, maybe, but but perfectly pleasant and quaffable. Great carbonation and mouthfeel as well.

Poured into an English pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking brisk hazy/cloudy orange color with a quickly dissipating small foamy white head. Some speckled lace.
The aroma had some bready malts quickly moving into earthy/grassy/soapy hop notes. Touch of expected diacetyl.
The flavor was mostly malty, semi-sweet with earthy and floral tones pushing against the soapiness. Slight aftertaste of earthy to floral and grassy hoppiness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under with a fine sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Nice mild finish of bready to soapy malts with a brisk earthy to floral hoppiness.
Overall, definitely an English pale ale brewed in the English tradition hard for an American like me to knock. I'm giving gentle numbers on this despite me not "fully" loving this to my personal palate.

This one smelled and tasted like dirty socks and cheaply made beer. Look is piss color with white head that sticks around (no pun intended). Feel was light with a hop bitterness in the back. Thumbs down for me!

From elcervecero. In Ikea's pint glass. After dinner. Fresh, refreshing, zesty, with a moreish dry finish and very pleasant herbal bitterness/spicyness notes. One of Wychwood best offerings and with difference the best brew with the label "organic" Ive had.
