Purchased at Aibys in Jefferson City, MO.
A - Poured out a clear, burgundy color with a one-finger, tan head of bubbly foam. It left some sudsy sheets of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled malty and sweet with a cherry-like aroma.
T - It tasted sweet and malty with notes of caramel and toffee. Some mild bitterness added balance.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is a nice English Ale. I was hoping for more from a strong ale, though.

A-More brown than ruby in color with a nice off white head that has some body
S-Musty grape and raisin with plums and ripe cantaloupe
M-Medium to high level carbonation with a watery body and very boozy assertion
T-The cantaloupe is pronounced in the flavour with elements of raisin and booze soaked fruit. The alcohol comes through quite pronounced
O-Decent brew, definitely deserves the Imperial stamp…

Shared bottle at local tasting. Brown colour, moderate off-white head. Malty aroma, also "perfumed" notes, caramel and candy. Sweetish perfumed flavour too, the alcohol is not well hidden. Caramel and toffee, low bitterness.
