Looks fine, though sugar being the third or fourth ingredient raises a bit if a red flag. Smells fairly promising. Unfortunately the flavour just isn't good. Too sweet, with an odd syrupy note that I don't like, and not nearly as spicy and flavourful as I had hoped. There are better non-alcoholic ginger beers out there - much better actually. Overall disappointing and utterly forgettable.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 4.2%. Clear deep golden colour, small white head. Sugary aroma of soda / pop, sweetish malts and ginger. Moderate carbonation. The flavour is way too sweet and soda-like - what is the point? The nice ginger burn in the finish can't save this beer from the "won't buy again" category.

Un dedo de espuma de retención media. Ligera y de baja carbonatación media. Aroma a jengibre y especias. En boca es desagradable, con un comienzo excesivamente dulce y un final especiado en exceso. Muy mal equilibrada.

L- Orange gold, clear, pours with 3mm white head, clears swiftly.
S- Ginger, in fact reminds me of 'ginger beer' of the alcohol-free variety, aided by a certain sweet/rich aspect to it.
T- Oh hmmm... It honestly does taste like the above^ ginger beer. It's pretty sweet, and the ginger has got quite a fiery punch to it. The ingredients suggest the underlying drink (pre-ginger) is beer, but no trace of that has a hope of getting through.
F- Like a child's ginger beer soda drink but given an adults dose of ginger.
O- This is certainly an unusual 'beer-like drink'. You need to like ginger big-time! You also need to like sweet drinks. I can finish this pint, but wouldn't buy it again. The narrative on the lable describes it as 'infused with fiery root ginger', the ingredients don't list that but do list 'sugar [and] flavour'. ps. and FWIW I do like spicy food, and am a fan of ginger. This has to be the sweetest beer I have ever encountered - Hmmm!
Bought directly from Wychwood Brewery. 500ml bottle. BB: 23/Aug/20

Bottled in a 330ml bottle which is weird for Wychwood
pours a burnished bronze with good white head
The beer & ginger doesn't mix well on the aroma, smells like flatulence from a Thai restaurant
The beer and the ginger fight and neither wins
