This is a quite nice, hoppy and unfiltered pilsner. Strong hoppy aroma with a little citrus as well. Yeast does a good job of clinging to the bottle so though while unfiltered it's not cloudy and full of yeast.
Nice full hop flavor with a good pilsner malt base that perhaps is just a little thin and not as rich as it should be.
Nice firm bitterness in the end that's a little above your average pils but not astringent. Very enjoyable.
Really not a Czech pils, too light in color, too light in body, and without a rich enough malt body. Solid German pils though, even if lacking that good German pils malt body.
I should add that the price, even in Italy, is laughable and even as good as this beer is I'll likely never buy another bottle. €4.90 for one 33cl bottle.

Served in a bottle at Il Mulino (Disney) in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

A: Pours a clear golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has finger tall soapy white head that slowly reduces to a thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of grain and pale malts with hints of fresh grassy/hay hops.

T: The beer has a nice body of malt flavors - slightly grainy with some bready hints. There is a flavor of grassy hops and something almost hay-like. The beer is well balanced with a light amount of lingering bitterness in the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp and dry.

O: Very refreshing, very enjoyable, and very easy to drink. This is definitely a sessionable beer and one that I would order again.

330ml sexy little stubby long neck bottle that would be a bar fighters dream weapon into pint glass 26/11/11

A hazy golden yellow with lots of tiny particles with enough bubbles to feed a large soapy head that retains well and leaves plenty of lace

S grassy hops with a little hay and lemon, some dry cereal pops up too

T a little grainy compared to the smell, some bready malt and the hops are toned down compared to the smell

M a little bite to it and it gets a little foamy, faint aftertaste

O decent beer but not blowing me away in any areas other then look

way too much money for what it is, 6$+ for a 330ml bottle this will be my only one
