330ml bottle poured into tulip 25/9/12

A hazed golden orange with a large soapy head that has decent retention slowly falling to a thick film leaving loads of spider web lacing.

S spicy, citric and floral hops with some lemon rind, pineapple and yeast, just a little cereal and chewing gum as it warms smells quite strong and I'm loving it

T more yeast and sweet grains and everything else just seems meshed together and toned down. the rind is still easy too find but it's a big step backwards compared to the smell

M thin and a little airy, not quite foam but on its way, a slight bitter bite and yeasty rind lingers

O a nice session brew with a great nose, I'd drink another and under a hot sun this would work well

found this one in my Beer Advent Calendar and if their all like this one I won't be to upset with the 100$ I dropped on it

330ml bottle. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on may´12. Pale gold in color & foggy appearance. White, creamy froth. Floral fragancies & yeasty aromas. Crispy bitter upfront. Clean bitterness dominates flavors. Lemon zest & dry astringent finish. Medium/light body, high carbonation. Drinkability is ok.
