A: Pours dark red / brown. The head is small, slightly colored.
S: The nose is sour, fruity (mainly red fruits, cherries, raspberries), with acidic notes, really fine.
T: The taste is more straight than the nose with some lactiness, sour but not so much fruity. Still nice.
M: Good carbonation, quite refreshing.
O: I was really impressed by the nose, but the beer itself was not that much sustainable on a longer term. Still a decent beverage.

A heavily clouded brown-reddish beer, a quickly receding tan head leaving a little lacing and has some curtains.
The smell is earthy and sour, very intriguing, stable, wet earth, cellar, vinegar and cherries.
Upfront sweet red fruits, cherries, raspberries and then some sour rhubarbs (very little tough) and bitter lingonberries.
Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, rather soft feeling and a medium body which goes over in a very dry lingering finish.
Rather modest taste, but consistent and very rewarding with ripe cheese.

Appearance: Brown/amber beer with a small, flat head
Smell & taste: A bit off, some wood, brown sugar, brett, random spices and over ripe fruits. There is an odd port element to it.
Mouthfeel: A bit thin and dry
Drinkability: I didn't finish the bottle, not particularly sour or good.
