On tap at Maui Brewing Co
A: Pours chestnut brown with a frothy khaki head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Roasty, toasty, coffee, faintly smokey, nutty, slight herbal notes, and toffee sweetness.
T: Roasty, toasty, nutty, earthy, a little coffee and bittersweet chocolate, light herbal notes, and toffee sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: On the roasty-er side for a brown, especially an English style, but it's tasty.
