On-tap at Oakquinox
A: The pour is a mahogany color with a finger of off-white head.
S: Smells intensely of coconut to me. A lot of vanilla to it with a fair amount of wine. Quite a bit of caramel and toffee, some brown sugar too. Dark fruits, mild spice, and a touch of tart cherry.
T: Sweet malts and fruits with just a mild tartness to it. Caramel, toffee, and brown sugar sweetness along with a nice vanilla flavor. Some decent wine notes and a fairly strong oakiness.
M: Medium in body with a medium level of carbonation.
O: Surprisingly good. I liked all the different flavors going on in this one.
