this beer is downright amazing, on tap at world of beer downtown, its pinkish orange and frothing over the edges of the tulip glass. it smells way tropical to me, like its dry hopped with a ton of funky new zealand stuff, and the coriander profile is much lighter than more traditional examples of the style, which is welcomed here. its tangy right off the bat, as funky as it is sour, lacto and brett maybe, its saison-esque in its yeast, and has a nice tang to it. mouthwatering and juicy, its definitely well hopped with an herbal and citrusy hop or two, and the salt side is very light. the body is also real light, and the carbonation pops off really hard. i could drink ten of these without issue. i have not known oakshire to be a brewer of a lot of wild stuff, so i appreciate this one even more. i think the bright pungent hopping makes this a very unique gose, and its mouthfel makes it up there with the most refreshing beers going. cant say enough about this one, i hope it comes back around.

On tap at the Bierstein in Eugene OR.
Very pale and hazy light amber with a decent white head..
Aroma: rather strong and tart with some banryard elements.
Flavor: moderately tart with light saltiness and moderate fruitiness. .
O: odd but decent gode.
