Bomber poured a clear golden amber with a lastingf ivory head. Aromas of straw, barnyard funk, citrus, oak, light white grape and light pepper. Mouthfeel was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, barnyard funk, citrus and light white pepper with a crisp dry lingering funky citrus finish.

Poured at Oakshire beer dinner, Wildwood PDX, 10.21.11. Barrel Aged with Brett. From hand bottled stash of the brewer.
One finger white head, gusher, hard to control the pour, deep gold clear body, numerous streams of rising carbonation. Funky Funky nose, horseblanket, floral hops, clean malt bill. Taste mirrors nose, a bit of sweetness to cut into the brett funk notes, once again really clean malt bill, floral and spicy hops, though the spiciness may have come from the brett. Mouthfeel medium, ok effervescence, really dry finish. Interesting, not sure if this came from base beer for Collaborative Evil, but this certainly showed off Matt Van Wyck's barrel program. Interesting and enjoyable.
