Brown 750ml bottle with champagne cork into shaker pint. The last bottle at the shop I was at. So lucky I managed to get my hands on one.

A: hazy pink beer got a touch of small seltzer like bubbles thst dissapated into a splotchy cap and an aversge ring around the glass. Cannot see through it but light does penetrate.

S: delicious fresh tart raspberry up front. A little wheaty. No hop aroma to hide that fruit smell.

T: wild yeast funk up front followed by a sharp tartness. Some wheat mustiness followed hy the raspberry flavor. Drier than expected but I am used to the sweetened Lindman's framboise. The tartness lingers for a while which would be unpleasant if I didn't love ththat about raspberries.

M: lighter body but not as crisp as most light bodied beers. Smooth drinking though.

O: not whst I expected but good. I don't regret paying $20 for the limited edition beer thsts for sure.

A: This poured a murky pinkish copper with some white head.
S: It smelled like oak and funky horse blanket with some tart raspberries and bready malt.
T: It tasted like earthy oak and bready malt, with bold funky horse blanket and subtle sweet and tart raspberries. The aftertaste carried the raspberry flavor to perfectly round out the sour and funky character of the wild yeast. Clean and crisp.
M: It was oily with lively carbonation. Nice bubbly brew.
D: This was a great framboise with just enough raspberry character to clearly discern, but not totally in your face. I've had better lambics before, but I really enjoyed the scent and taste of this one. Body was decent, and finish was smooth so it was easy to drink. Probably better fresh to get the raspberries, but could still be good after long cellaring. Recommended, if you can find it.
