Hazy amber with fluffy sandstone head.
Leafy, lemon, herbal fresh hop nose - bright!
Sugar cookie with pine sap, pineapple, and a bit of dank resin.
Candied grapefruit and unpleasantly tightening skunky linger.
Lt-medium, slight chew, sticky.
Pale, light, and fragrant - but gooier than expected, thin, and not clean. Mismatch between sweet fruit up front and bitterly astringent linger. Too strong to session any way, but more trouble than it’s worth for the flavor.

Served from the can into a pint glass. Canned on 12/16/12, so about 10 weeks old.
A- Poured a very dark orange color with huge fluffy off-white head that left dense webbed lacing.
S- Huge tropical fruit, peach, mango, pungenr grapefruit, pine, and some dank notes. Very aromatic and powerful hop aroma, with some light malt sweetness coming through.
T- Huge juicy tropical fruit of peach, mango, and pungent grapefruit. Quite a bit of pine, some dank quality, malt sweetness, and slight earthy notes. Pretty high bitterness, which seems pretty common for all of Fort George's IPAs.
M- Incredibly full bodied and chewy mouthfeel, soft carbonation, very creamy, and dry finish. Not sure if I have ever had an IPA with a mouthfeel this heavy.
O- Another great IPA from Fort George. Lots of juicy tropical fruit notes and some really nice dank, piney, and earthy hop notes. The mouthfeel on the beer was really unique for the style, but did make the beer feel very filling.

Served out of a can into a tulip
Canning date is: November 25, 2013 - over a month old
A: Beautiful beer. Deep ruby orange with 1.5 inch tan head
S: Piney, Citrusy - more aromatic once after i popped the tab - before that, it smelled like a can.
T: Its an IPA, not a DIPA - and thus tastes like one. pretty thin citrus flavor, nice bite to it. Has a little alcohol heat.
M: Medium mouthfeel. I have no really issues with that - maybe would like it a little lighter, but with 7.7% that might be tough
O: A solid IPA, would buy again and try to get a fresher one.

Pours a thin head on a cloudy straw colored body.
The aroma is a nice pine and grapefruit smell.
The taste has a moderate pine and lemon bitterness that is balanced throughout the profile.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
A solid IPA and very enjoyable.
