Serving style : 12 oz can poured into glass for appearance

Appearance : Nice foamy three finger head with a sparkling dense pineapple colored body. Lacing webs around the glass.

Smell : Some canned corn, cilantro, parsley, barley, wild rice, and a hint of banana. A little ginger. This is all surrounded by what smells like a urinal cake. A bit off putting and I'm not quite sure what that could be.

Taste : Very good. Nice and full, lots of banana and orange flavors swirl in together towards the finish. The beginning starts with some musty wheat, and then those fruit flavors come in to compliment the wheat and pretty soon you're in bliss. The end is crisp dried fruit. No complaints. This wit is good.

Mouthfeel : Zesty and carbonated but still relatively creamy. Finish is...minimal. Not much to finish with. It just drinks easy and tastes good.

Overall : Good interpretation of a Wit. If you find it, grab a six pack. It's pretty decent and won't let you down.

12oz can picked up a little while back at Bier Thirty... Just found it tonight... I have also spotted this one at Brewer's Haven and a couple other places.

Poured into my FunkFest goblet... surprisingly short lived white head atop a hazed golden brew.. no lacing, no retention.

Nose shows wheat malt that sorta pummels the orange zest, but a resilient coriander keeps Wit character in the game.

Flavor is pretty good... the zest and spice come out okay.. perhaps a bit sweet and malty on the finish... seems a bit muddy and yeasty.

Meh... Nothing wrong.. Could be dialed in a bit more IMO.

Cloudy but an attractive shade of light amber in the Westons cider glass. Lovely foam. Quite dry with a fragrant flowery aroma. A spritzy mouthfeel that adds to the refreshing quality.

Some malty richness with a thinner kind of body, along with a tart, dry fruitiness. There is a pear skins taste and that unusual elderflower flavor that seems to have a little pollen flavor, some honey, and a cidery tang. Some bitterness at the finish with tart blackberry notes.

The last pour with more yeast swirled up is more on the sweet side. Delicious stuff, and an exemplary Wit with a tangy flavor and restrained spices. From the 16 oz can bought at the Co-op in Mount Vernon, Washington.
