This beer is now called Hill Country Amber, but it is the same beer as the Organic Amber.

The beer pours an amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is malt with some citrus hops. The flavor is more bready/biscuity malt with some strong citrus hops. Medium mouthfeel and high carbonation. A very good hoppy amber.

Pours a mostly clear light brownish copper color with a fast receding off-white head. No lacing to speak of, but foam does leave a decent collar around the edges.

Nutty, toasty malt and toffee on the nose. Pretty straightforward smelling beer with very little, if any hop or yeasty fruit aromas.

Sweet for an amber, and the toastiness is kept to a minimum. More of a hybrid brown and amber ale, but that is a good thing in this case. Body seems pretty full with some of the sweet residual sugars lingering. It's a decent beer and I could see myself ordering it again here.

A: Pours a clear amber orange color. A small white head forms and light lace is left behind.
S: Sweet malt up front. Caramel is dominate. Lingering hops finishes things off. Enjoyable.
T: Sweet caramel malt and some citrus hops for balance. A lingering bitterness. Pretty simple.
M/D: A medium body with good carbonation. Creamy and smooth. Easy to drink. I can quaff a few with no problem.

This is very simple, but a good everyday drinker.

Glowing honey amber color with a medium thickness lasting head. Mildly filtered look and not as cloudy as most of their beers. Smell is sticky and sweet with an almost sorgum like smell and taste to it. Taste is on the sweet side for an amber at first I thought, and then a nice hop presence balances it out in the finish. Creamy body and perfect soft to medium carbonation like most of their beers. Just a slightly odd taste from the "organic" side of things, but still very well made and very drinkable. Far from my favorite beer of theirs, but I'm yet to be disappointed by any of them.
