Wow! This is my first review. I would rather be a giver then just a leech for all your reviews so thank you all.
God bless this beer! Wonderful thing God did ain't it?
Awesome, fresh and revitalizing to my mouth! The aftertaste reminds me and makes me think of running along the ocean and being refreshed and awakened during the summer, except in my mouth. Lots of hoppiness to it. One word to describe would be "awakening." I had just purchased an 8-beer sampler from Dublin Pub in Portland, OR and this was my favorite by far. Not terribly bitter but still good. This was one of the most distinct IPA's I have had due to the wonderful floral aftertaste. I'm still trying to figure out the different tastes in beer so I'm not so sure but here goes: I think there was a hint of citrus and pine in it.
IPA's are the bomb and work those bitter taste buds into maturation and live for GOOD BEER! This is one of my favorite beers I have ever had!!! God bless and God loves you. =)

Beer pours dirty golden and hazy. My initial sniffs reminded me of Belgian or hefe, some yeasty and even a little banana. I was shocked and sniffed deeper, and got a little more caramel notes with some wet leaf.
The beer makes me think more if an IPL. I do get a light banana bread taste in an otherwise mildly earthy and slightly funky taste. There is no overpowering taste, which makes it very drinkable, but also unremarkable. This would be a nice session beer were it not for the 7% weigh-in.

Sturdy 500 ml bottle picked up at Brewforia Meridian last week... Paid a pricey $5ish for the opportunity... Poured tonight into my Funk Fest goblet... 2 finger white head last quite a while.. decent lacing... the brew is hazy golden.
Nose is big floral hoppiness with a pungent pithy citrus zest element too.... definitely some toasty maltiness to help balance, but not too malty really.
Good bitterness that moves from front to back and is balanced nicely by the above mentioned toastiness and a resinous citrus hoppiness.
light/medium carbonation.. but the body is pretty light given the residual maltiness... honestly pretty darn drinkable...
Good beer... Too expensive though... Way too expensive.
