Clear sunniness in body with white bubbly overhead. Smells of lemongrass and pine. Light flavors of lemons, slight pine, and citrus and rind. A swooping bitterness towards the finish and then cleans up. Light in body with light carbonation. Light and clean. (257 characters)

A yellow amber color with good carbonation activity, clear and bright with a very ample white froth on top and seriously blanketing gobs of lacing left behind. The aroma is unmistakable pissy hops, sharp and citrusy over thick biscuit grain. A happy encounter for the hop enthusiast. Definitely more resembling an IPA. The flavor brings a very grassy grain hops, biscuit brightness, befitting the name. This is fairly light in body with a summery, refreshing feel, full of luscious carbonation. The flavor seems a bit one dimensional but it’s drinkable enough and it reveals more bready grains as you go through it. A tad watery but overall, for pure hay flavored grassy hop pleasure it’s quite a decent choice. (715 characters)
