Mayflower IPA balances a powerful hop profile with full malt flavor to create a smooth brew with well-rounded bitterness. Four varieties of American hops lend a delightful piney flavor and fruity aroma.

Another local I'm trying. Probably should have gone w/the porter, but so it goes.
Appearance- Lighter copper. Half inch of creamy head. Minimal lacing.
Smell- Plenty of biscuity, caramel malt. Some citrus hops as well. Pine, grassiness.
Taste- Nice biscuit malt. Gets a little sweet, followed by a real bitterness. The finish is a little tough. Very dry. The bitterness lingers unpleasantly.
Mouthfeel- A little thick. Otherwise fine.
Drinkability- Not the best. That aftertaste is tough.
Not for me, honestly. Not a huge fan of all the malt, and the bitter follow. I'm a west coast hop head, and so this isn't the one for me.

16oz can served in a Mayflower pint glass. Dated 09/17/21. Received as retaliation from @WunderLlama in NBS BIF #14.
Pours a clear golden with slight bronze tints and a big fluffy head that collapses into a stiff mountain range. Smell is pine and grapefruit zest, maybe a slight biscuit but it's way in the background. Maybe some lemon pith as well.
Taste is similar -- more of a pine bitter finish, less lemon. Biscuit malt is a bit more noticeable. Bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is light, clean, crisp and dry. This is a nice, easy to drink IPA.

Light copper appearance with a large white head and a fair amount of lacing. Aroma of rainwater (first time I’ve ever used that adjective) along with some citrus. Mild hop profile teamed with cereal grain and caramel malts. Medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel leading to a short lived finish.

Light bronze and clear in appearance, with lush, white, lasting head.
Smells of frosted cornflakes and orange rind.
Tastes equal parts buttersotch, orange/citrus, bread/yeast, pine; a little straw. Perfect balance, slightly bitter, clean finish.
Feel is medium body, medium carbonation.
Overall, Excellently crafted beer with a nice fusion of hops, malt, and yeast elements. Somewhere between a British IPA style and a West coast iPA style.

A - Slightly hazy straw to light gold, soapy head with good lacing. Beer has some nice activity, some yeast and/or hop particles noticeable
S - Pineapple, herbal resin
T - Hop bitterness is backed up by a nice, firm malt backbone.
M - Very crushable, good carbonation keeps it clean and light
O - Very crushable, if not terribly exciting IPA. Because of the firm malt character, and more balanced hop profile, this reminds me more of an English IPA. Very good.
