A: Clear yellow in color. Forms a smallish white head. Reduces down to a thin surface coating and a ring around the edge. Minimal lacing.

S: Smells like a macro lager with a hint of toast. Grains and cereal. Some very mild herbal hops.

T: Taste is pleasant. Mostly very light pale malts, a bit of apple, and what I would say is a just a touch of pilsner malt. Moderately sweet. Some light black pepper on the finish.

M: Lighter bodied. Appropriate carbonation.

O: About what I expected from this beer. Simple. Easy to drink. Not offensive. A gateway craft beer.

Was given this straight from the can.

Appearance: Don't know exactly since it was straight from the can. I'm guessing a typical gold/yellow lager look.

Smell: sweet malts and earthy hops, both at a minimum.

Taste: Like the nose, sweet, biscuity malts, grains, and ever so slight citrus. Too sweet for my liking.

Mouthfeel: Heavy light body; crisp and refreshing. Lawn mower beer

Overall: Very mild flavors and too sweet; not the style I seek out for a craft beer. I'll take a free one, but id rather have a Yuengling at half the price.

Served on tap in a pint glass

Appearance – Served a golden amber colored brew with a one finger fizzy white head. The head fades very fast at first only to later slow leaving a persistent thin foam layer on the top of the brew. The foam dissipates over time leaving a good leave of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell – The aroma is heavy of a wheat and sweeter candied sugar and orange smell. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter spice smells of a corn sweetness.

Taste – The taste begins sweet with lots of orange sweetness and a good showing of a candied sugar taste. Along with the sweet is a nice smooth bready and doughy taste. The bready taste transitions slightly during the taste gaining more graininess as the flavor advances. The sweet taste also transition becoming more complex as some banana comes to the tongue. The candied sugar tastes grow quite strong at the end of the taste where some spice flavors and a bit of a grassy taste join the profile to leave a sweet and still, even with the little bit of graininess, rather smooth flavor on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thicker and creamier side for a brew of only 5.3 % abv and for a brew of it’s style, with the carbonation being on the slightly lower side for the style. The creamy body and lower carbonation really accentuates the sweeter flavors of the brew highlighting the smooth bready flavors and candied sugar quite well.

Overall – A sweet and very pleasant blond. Well worth a try if you can find it.

Serving Type - Can

Appearance - Golden straw yellow, 1 inch foamy head and plenty of lacing.

Smell - Sour/bitter malts, sweet yeasts, lemon, grapes, funky grains, some spices and a little citric note.

Taste - First sip comes off With a nice mix of bitter pale malts, sweet yeasts, and lemon. Not as Bitter as the nose lead me to believe. Some minor citric flavors and added spices also are noticeable. Grainy and biscuit near the finish.

Mouthfeel - Malts and yeasts coat the tongue. Palate gets more malts with some hops and spices. The aftertaste Is dry, very mild and a little yeasty.

Overall - This is ok, very easy to drink, A fine summertime beer. Does have that big brewery, bud. miller. coors feeling and flavor to it but not in such a bland, spoiled water sorta way. A good beer to hand to a fan of mentioned beers. Nothing to special, just a above average beer.

Lightly hazy dark blonde, in color. Thick collar of an inch and a half. Falls, however, without lacing.

Sweet aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Sweet cracker malts and notes of mango flesh in a fascinatingly unhoppy way. Simple, yet summery and delicate aroma.

Maltiness kind of takes over with sweet grain and angel's food cake flavors. Light and a little yeasty, which I think is where these fruity esters come from. Not very lively, and it needs that; whether a bright citric or floral hop or some affirming bitterness. Instead, it stands as it is.

The feel could be vastly improved. Without much bitterness, an already weak carbonation has nothing to bind with and become more accentuated. It just needs to be easier to put down.

A half-decent blonde. Perhaps, not super fresh.
