Andrew has spent years creating this perfect wit. He combines crisp coriander, sweet orange, and grains of paradise to enhance an aromatic malt character that will have your taste buds dancing into the promised land. Try our tribute beer that is as eclectic as out grateful friends.

A classic witbier, hazy orange color with a slightly off-white head. Some funky aromas to go with the orange notes, this is Sam Adams Summer Ale on the nose, and that carries over to the taste as well. A nice witbier, IMHO.

Flattish, but pleasant wit bier.
A: Clear straw yellow body with a nil haze. No real head or lace. Fine carbonation bubbles rising to the top, otherwise standard.

S: Wheat, lemon and floral hop aromas, but too faint.

T: Tangy, musty wheat, citrus, hay and grass. Flavor is best part, but too tame for a 6.1% wit beer.

F: Medium to thin bodied, holds flavor and carbonation, not a big finale.

O: Glad I tried it. "Serviceable" wit as a BA wrote. Against a Carton Wit Whale or even a wonderful New Belgiam Accumulation Wit IPA - would pale (not pun intended). Try 1.

Decent Belgian, nothing remarkable. Had this at the hotel bar after Rachel's wedding (June 11, 2016)

Cloudy pale gold with a decent head that doesn't stay long and leaves minimal lacing. Smells of lemon, banana, clove, yeast and coriander. Tastes musty. Has some orange, coriander, lemon, clove and yeast in the taste with a spiciness that is slightly out of balance with the minimal grain sweetness. There is a weird lingering sweetness after the swallow that also has an odd bitterness. The feel is medium light and there is a lot of carbonation.

What can I say, not a witbier fan. If you are, try this one.

12 ounce can into pint glass, no canning date. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 1-2 fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, banana, pear, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, banana, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light tartness and earthy spice on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, banana, pear, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice witbier. Good balance and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
