I cannot believe that I had never heard of this place. While it *is* a liquor store, they seemed much more dedicated to beer and wine than spirits. The fellows behind the counter even said to me that they were most interested in U.S. micros and odd / hard to find Euro imports. They had a couple of DFH 4pks and 750's that I hadn't seem anywhere else in Ga, as well as the whole line of JW Lee's which I was completely not expecting to find. I have seen places sell just the vintage harvest ale or the calvados cask if you're lucky, but never the whole line up! A lovely find, indeed. Of course, in addition to the JW Lee's line and some not-so-wide-spread DFH, there were several other gems, but I don't recall what they were. In short, this is a good, clean, well stocked store with friendly, knowledgable staff. Pay 'em a visit if you get the chance.

This place is coveniently located right off the side of the road. When you first walk in, you are like "Is this the right place?" All you can see around is wine and liquor; not a beer in sight. After asking the clerk where a particular beer was, she had no idea and had to ask someone else. She said she knew nothing about beer. The guy she asked quickly pointed me in the right direction. All of their beer is in the coolers. They had a full selection of Unibroue and others that I had not seen around too much. Their selection is not too vast, but the fact that they offer different things than other stores, make this one a must stop every few months. Maybe not someplace to "seek out" but call ahead and ask if they have what you are looking for. That might save you the trip. If you are looking for wine, I would say this IS the place.
All in all, different selection, but not vast. The fact that they are right off of the beaten path makes it easily accessable, and that is a great quality to find in the Atlanta area.

I was pleasantly surprised. They are primarily a liquor store, with a decent wine selection, and with a beer selection that I would classify as mentionable. They had mostly American Micros, four packs and six packs mostly. Some random good bombers and 750ml are mixed in as well. A good amount of selection actually, but I have seen better. Prices were in line with the rest of the area, but this place was kind of out of the way for the area I was in, so I dont really think a special trip would be in order on my way back, but all and al, not a bad stop at all and if I drove right past it I would probably make a return trip, but other then that, the place is pretty average.
