On draft at the brewpub. A little unapproachable for me because of the unbalanced use of ginger. there is also corrinder and yeasty tastes. A little dirty yellow coloured body with a white ring. Lace is there. Belgian yeast. less than average mouthfeel. Not so drinkable.

A: Pale cloudy straw body with almost a touch of orange. Just wisps of white head scattered across the surface.
S: Very spicy aroma. Tons of clove and coriander. This is a good nose, nice and robust.
T: Good strong flavor right up front. A bunch of clove dominates initially and then some ginger comes on after. Nothing in the flavor causes a break in the smoothness. A small residual sweetness rounds out the end.
M: Surprisingly smooth despite the intensity of the clove. Very well rounded.
D: I'm not crazy about wits in general but this is a very good example. George hits another out of the park.
