Cask pour at the Pump Station, the beer was served in a shaker pint. Opaque golden-orange coloring with a ring of white film on the surface. It almost looks like a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. Nose of grapefruit and tangerine citrus, with a touch of spice in the background, like coriander and all-spice. Flavors of citrus first and foremost, with tangerine and grapefruit in the forefront. Hints of funky spicing from the Belgian yeast, with a fruity and coriander slant. Light bodied, with a crisp, clean finish. Aftertaste of citrus sweetness and lemon pepper. It's like someone hopped a glass of grapefruit juice. This beer misses a lot of the Belgian influences usually found in this style of beer.
