Draft sample at brewpub.
Poured clear reddish brown color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate honey yeasty aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Medium to heavy dark honey sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration.
My expectations where exceeded with a complex beer.

Poured a light amber with a very light almost white thin head that quick left town, little lacing present. Very powerful sweet honey aroma, some yeast present, a slight hint of orange zest. Not as sweet as I thought it might be, but still too sweet for my palate..the wife liked it though. The flavor was dominated by the honey and needed more of a hop presence. Too fizzy in the mouth, almost like cola from a can, need to tone that down a little. I finished it, but would be unlikely to order another

From the tap at the Dunedin Brewery. It was a light refreshing summer beer. A nice golden color with minimal head. It smelled like a wheat beer with not much else. The taste was a little sweet. Too sweet for my taste but my wife really liked it. The honey is definitely prominent in on the tip of the tongue. Its an okay light refreshing summer beer.

Draft at the Mellow Mushroom Tampa. Something plastic-like in the aroma. Honey aroma is almost not present. Honey comes through in the flavor though, but in the aftertatse.,Still it is less prominent then you would think considering it has honey in the name. Pale golden in color with a bubbly white head. Yeasty thickness with a touch of hop is the dominating feature then the honey comes in toward the end. Very different and good to see Dunedin is continuing to try new things, but they could try a little harder.
