On-tap at Dunedin Brewery. Served on a Pint glass.
A: golden semi-opaque body with superficial thin layer head; some lacing present.
S: a bit mute and hard to tell but was able to gather hops presence along with clean sweet tones.
T: very balanced taste with presence of herbal tones, hops and slight hints of sweet malts and wheat. Ends with a slight bitter tone.
M: light to medium body, with medium carbonation. Clean feel, very drinkable.
O: a pretty solid brew; very drinkable and balanced.

A – Great, traditional, like Gaffel, just a bit more golden.
S – Exquisite Euro pale lager, floral and piney hop presence.
T – Refreshing, clean, subtly balanced, and a real refined use of a deliciously dynamic hop profile.
M – Thin, refreshing, light, plentiful, smooth carbonation.
D – Maxxxed out. I need growler after growler
This is a great beer by Dunedin. Probably their best.

Draft sample at brewpub.
Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate grainy citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
My expectations where met with a soft drinkable beer.

A: poured into a snifter. pours a straw yellow with slight amounts of sediment. pours a nice white head that recedes after a while. good amount of lacing.
S: sweet aroma of grain. in some unusual way it reminds me of breakfast.
T: some honey tones from the sweet malts. decent bitters from the hops, but nothing that reaches out and grabs you, which is hit and miss with the Kolsch style. slight metallic tones in this as well, which is turning me off.
M: leaves the mouth a little dry, and the palate a little bitter. has somewhat of a chalky aftertaste.
D: its a good session beer if you are into Kolsch beers. I am not a huge fan of the style, but I do respect it. There are other Kolsch beers that I prefer, but it isn't a bad beer either.

Found this at Big C's in Winter Park, and brought it back to snowy Indiana to share. I actually liked this one, although it didn't go over too well at the last beer club.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow/orange. Not much of a head. Nose is sweet grains. Taste is a pleasant mix of hoppy bitterness, grains, and hints if sugar cane. Mouthfeel is nice and full, drinkability is good. Good example of the style.

Pours a nice enough looking dark straw color with a relatively lively head. The head settles down into a thin skim in fairly short order.
The smell is mild of flowery hops with a mild malt background. Nothing that will knock your socks off, but clean and tasty in the nose. The taste is suprisingly full and authentic to the style. The flowery aroma hops, sticky sweet malt and mildly bracing bittering hops come together to form a fine, drinkable beer. At $2.50 for a pint bottle, this is a good value for money. Mouthfeel is perhaps a little heavier than I expected, but carbonation is spot on. Quite drinkable.
