I guess this is Florida's oldest craft brewery. Cool, looking forward to checking it out. It's a very welcoming brew pub. A large garage door is open with fermenters open for all to see. They had some picnic tables set up in that area where people can get some of that nice sun, and open air feel.
Upon entering the brewpub, it looks like the oldest brewery in Florida. It has that well worn look, which is fine with me! They had some interesting stuff going on...they had a beer engine, which is always appreciated, and the bartender gave us samples of the beer on cask and on CO2 pump. Nice touch.
I tried the Imperial Stout and thought it was okay, and we also tried an IPA on tap...both weren't mind bending, but still solid beers.
The atmosphere was lively, and it seems like more of a cool local hang out, than a beer destination. Definitely a nice place to hang out.

Inside with a view of the tank is nice, but outside with FL sunshine is better, no music and conversation is possible. Great atmosphere.
The beer is great, and even with only two staff, the service is good during beer week.
Cheese curds are rocking though the jalapeno seems MIA.

My wife and I stopped here while on vacation. It was the dinner hour and the place was very busy. A small bar with some seating is situated near the entrance, and the dining area is adjacent to all of the brewing equipment so that you get a feel for being inside a brewery. A beer garden was located on a deck on the south side of the building. A small nook bar, also with some seating, was located toward the front of the building, but it didn't look like they had a full compliment of the beers on the menu so we went back and ordered from the main bar. Because they were so busy we each ordered a beer of choice instead of following our regular procedure of having a sampler flight. (We also didn't see a sampler flight offered on the menu board.)
The Black Cherry Brown and the Stone IPA were our beer choices and each was very tasty and right to style (both with a B-plus grade). Most of the other beers on the menu carried plain-sounding names (red ale, gold ale, wheat ale, etc), so we assumed that they were 'straight to style' without anything exciting like the black cherries in the brown ale. We were not hungry so we didn't order any food, but the customers around us were eating and everything looked and smelled very good. We were on a tight schedule so we could not enjoy any of the other beers, but our experience here was a 'plus' so we'll come back again when we travel to this area.
