Appearance: Poured into a Duvel sniffter; nice golden honey color with real nice lacing and good just lightly dusty white head retention.
Smell: Wow... I didn't know a 4.5% ABV beer could smell like this... honey and nutty almond cereal... tea-like in the background.
Mouthfeel: Light and silky smooth, very low carbonation just floating on the palate.
Taste: Sweet, biting honey tea with a nice dry and bitter finish... hay-like earthiness in the middle with some more honey background...
Drinkability: I'm fortunate to sample this less than a week after bottling... I'm blown away by this one... especially after the Newbold... complete opposite... this one does Philly proud... I wanna throw one in the freezer so I can enjoy it in a few minutes.
