Bottle at Iron Monkey, Jersey City, NJ
A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a quarter finger high layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of floral hops are present in the nose along with hints of bready and grainy malts.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of floral hops along with stronger notes of bready and grainy malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but doesn't seem to be a good representation of the style—the malts do not taste like those in a German helles.

Served in a bottle at Iron Monkey in Jersey City, NJ
A: Pours a crystal clear light to medium golden yellow in color with light amounts of visible carbonation and some bright yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a medium patch of thin film with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit malts with some light notes of citrus/lemon and grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit malts with some lighter notes of cereal grains and a hint of toasted malts. There is a light flavor of lemon citrus and some hints of grass. Light amounts of herbal and floral hops that impart a light amount of bitterness in the finish which fades fairly quickly.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Lightly chewy.
O: This one does not really fit well into any specific style but it is an interesting beer to try - I did not love it but I didn't hate it either. Pretty easy to drink and sessionable but not super interesting.
