The label says that the beer is an unfiltered Belgian-style white beer brewed with chamomile and grapefruit peel.
It pours out nearly completely flat but for a scummy froth layer that fizzles out (the greatest disappointment that this beer offended me with) but has a dark-tinted straw color which is muddily opaque with clouds of yeasty sediment. Mmm mmm nutritious. Body is on the thicker edge of medium fullness.
Smell is indeed chamomile tea up front supported by some herbal grassy hopping and just a smidge of citrus peel character over a wheat malt. Taste is dominated at first by a chamomile tea just as in the nose, but the citrus peel aspect comes through much more cleanly (and strongly) in the bready wheat flavor. A good effort marred by a poor head.

Foggy yellow-orange creme color with a dry cakey head. Looks good as a witbier.
Diminutive nose with creamy yeast, citrus lite, wafery wheat malt, and faint banana. A little bit on the creamcicle side, but much drier.
Kind of good, kind of boring. Thinned-out flavors with a good amount of wheat, dry spice, and a snippet of melony orange. Tastes a little bit like the bitter part of canteloupe meat close to the rind. Hints of vanilla cake icing, a pinch of coriander, and herbal notes. My girlfriend is kind of right, it does tastes like watered down orange juice. Maybe, a little champagne-y Very mild bitterness comes somewhat late.
Good body. Carbonation is a little weak.
A half-ass job with good prospects.

A: Low head. Medium low carb. Small white foam ring. Nice bright gold color with a solid haze. Definitely could go for some more carbonation, else it's nice.
S: Sweet yeast. Banana and lemon. Cloves. Hints of mango and papaya.
T: Pineapple, wheat. Mild flavor of saltines. Cloves and banana again. Juicy and tropical and fruity. Floral with rose petal and cherry blossom.
M: Slightly viscous. Medium body. Nothing spectacular.
O: Overall one of the better wits I've had. Has a lot of character, and a lot of flavor , but still refreshing.
