At the Porter House in New Hope, PA. Poured a cloudy yellow, with a finger of white, average retention and average lacing. The nose was of standard banana and clove, with some juicyfruit in there. The flavor was more spicey than fruity, with cloves dominating until some subtle citrus/banana peeks through in the finish. Thin and smooth, with subtle carbonation and a surprisingly dry finish. Very refreshing, though I wish the spice/fruit dynamic was a little more balanced throughout. Second best offering of the three PBC beers I tried that day.

A: Low head. Medium low carb. Small white foam ring. Nice bright gold color with a solid haze. Definitely could go for some more carbonation, else it's nice.
S: Sweet yeast. Banana and lemon. Cloves. Hints of mango and papaya.
T: Pineapple, wheat. Mild flavor of saltines. Cloves and banana again. Juicy and tropical and fruity. Floral with rose petal and cherry blossom.
M: Slightly viscous. Medium body. Nothing spectacular.
O: Overall one of the better wits I've had. Has a lot of character, and a lot of flavor , but still refreshing.

Light citrus Beer. IF you aren't feeling particularly in the mood for a heavy beer, this is a more appropriate way to go light, rather than picking up that Miller. The grapefruit and Chamomile are incredible flavors for the crisp, light aroma and taste and feel.
