(20 oz pour into a clear plastic cup - I've had this a few times before though)

L: Real hazy, light orange-amber in color... messy foam

T: Week-old, thick-pulpy but dried-out grapefruit flesh... mess of citrus slop atop a staling-like, mildly graham-cracker malt undercurrent

F: frothy, fluffy... light, but not crisp... not the least bit weighty

O: this is all about citrusy hops blanketing the malts and your palate... does this trick if you need a hop fix, but ultimately comes across as a rushed, sort of hobby-like American pale ale or a slightly scaled-back IPA.

A: A very cloudy look, especially for a pale ale. Not pale at all in comparison to other pale ales. Medium golden-brown
S: Smells like a typical pale ale, slightly more alcoholic and hoppy than you would expect
T: Does not tast every alcoholic, as it gives off a very crisp but fairly malty taste despite its attempts to be a pale ale
M: The cloudiness shows its nice consistency. Perfect viscosity, and if this was the older scoring system the mouthfeel would be like a 4.5
O: More than solid beer that should be respected not only by Philadelphian's but beer drinkers everywhere. A great go to beer that could easily be a session beer because of its drinkability but unique take on malts for a pale ale
