First had: on tap at Brewzzi, Boca Raton, FL

Listed as 5%ABV, and not retired, since it was on tap Dec. '12.

The basic mass-appealing beer. Clear golden color, thin fizzy white head, minimal retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malts, toasted grains, light hops. Blonde ale/lager-ish. Taste was as expected, and quite similar to the nose, pale biscuity malts, grains, lightly hopped for easy drinkability, but lacking any body or real flavor. It's what people get when they come in asking for a Miller Lite. (Though I'm pretty sure Brewzzi had Miller Lite on tap as well.) Good for what it's supposed to be.

Tasted on-tap at the BrewZZi Brewpub in Boca Raton, FL on 07/25/06 and 07/26/06.

Fairly standard clear straw gold color with a low white head. Nice grainy and very light hop balanced aromas and flavors. Light bodied, clean, and refreshing.

Nicely made lager for a brewpub and certainly spot-on for the FLA heat !

Per BrewZZi website: Saaz and Hallertau hops. 3.5% ABV.

Sampled at the West Palm Beach location
The beer menu said Blonde and only 3.5% alcohol, and this was it. Not bad at all for a no alcohol kick brew. Poured a nice clear blond with a white tail on top. Aroma and taste was very citrus, lemon and hoppy. Really smooth, tasty, and more tangy / bodied in the mouth than any American lite beer crap. Not my style, but the wife loved ‘em (converted her to better beer). I would have no problem drinking these on the deck this summer.

Light clear straw, frothy 1/2" bone white head cap leaving decent lace.

Grassy hops & honey.

Pleasant light grassy hops and hardly a peek of malt. Clean aftertaste with some white grapes sweetness. Reminds me of Rolling Rock.

Last swigs: This is the best beer at Brewzzii. Go for the $6.36 sampler of six 5 oz beers. This is the beer that I got a pint of after the sampler.

Their popular German-style lager. Saaz and other hops and malt. Medium to thin mouthfeel. Fizzy and a bit creamy. Nothing too special, but fresh batches all the time. Go for their more difficult brews where they meet the challenge or do not serve it.

Clear shiny golden color. A thin wispy white head emerged, then vanished. Smell was a buttery combination of hops. Taste reminded me of the lagers my dad would drink. Very simple straightforward. Slightly buttery nose and initial taste. Some bitter crisp saaz hops. Very light and refreshing. You could go deep on these.
