The Irish Red was good. It poured a clear rich amber with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent was slightly sweet. The taste was a big caramel malt start that finished balanced. The mouthfeel was medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it was a solid amber and I would try it again.
