650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Deep golden body. Big white head that settles to a medium, but uneven collar. Minimal lacing.
Smell - Very fruity estery aroma. Strong yeast character. A bit of citrus hops. Caramel maltiness.
Taste - Again, it's dominated by those yeasty flavors. Fruity flavors mix with doughy malt sweetness before a little bit of hop flavor. Light citrus hop. Caramel malt backbone. Very light bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium low carbonation. Slick body. Feels sweeter and more sluggish than it is.
Overall - Didn't finish this. So many weird yeast biproducts that made it unpleasant. Not disgusting, but unpleasant.
