Served in a pint glass.
Appearance: Clear golden amber, light bubbles on the body. Head is straight white maybe 1/4" off the body.
Smell: very light flowery scent, comes off a little too mellow for an IPA.
Taste: Not complex but definitely not a starter IPA. Has strong bitter grapefruit notes.
Mouth: Medium and somewhat sticky, citrus skin after-taste sticks to the roof of your mouth.
Overall: Not a bad beer at all, took it by chance here at the Taproom here in NYC. More of a pleasant afternoon brew or maybe even better summer beer. Salud.

A: The beer is slightly hazy amber orange in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high light beige colored head that gradually died down, leaving patches of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose—oranges seem to stand out in particular—along with hints of floral hops and pine resin.
T: Like the smell, the taste starts off with flavors of citrusy hops but it quickly transitions to flavors of piney hops that persist and linger through the finish, although there are also some hints of tropical fruits that peek through near the end. A moderate amount of bitterness is perceptible along with slight hints of caramel malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. The pine resin hops in the finish lend some bite to the mouthfeel.
O: This beer hides its alcohol rather well and isn't overly bitter, which makes it rather easy to drink considering the heavy dose of hops. I enjoyed the blend of citrusy and piney hops in the taste.
