A-Clear yellow orange, some carbonation, two finger head.
S-Lemon, clove, banana, wheat.
T-Similar to the nose. Clove and banana to start. Some lemon and wheat and other citrus.
M-Lighter and nice carbonation.
O-A good hefeweizen, from a local brewery. A needed pick up if passing through and wanting to sample locals.

A- a golden hazy glowing brew with a nice white head of foam that floats all over the surface. Hefe-Bright.. if you will...
S- as banana ester like as it gets for a hefeweizen. Ther is a strong clove presence that clashese and envitably combines with a little pepper and herbal spice. A slight funky tone at the end
T- anticipated follow up of the same characteristics from the scent. A banana and peppery combination that is refreshing in all the right ways
m- thick and creamy carbonation lead to a great mouthfeel. Couple that with teh refreshing hefe experience
O- well, this is my new favorite hefe! The style is right and this is a brew to hang out outback, mow the lawn, or watch the sun go down outside. Nice!

The beer pours a hazy gold color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a light and refreshing pale and wheat malt scent along with an excellent hefe yeast nose. It's fruity with a touch of citrus. The banana/clove character is well pronounced. The taste is good as well. It's smooth and flavorful with lots of delicious yeast character. It's fruity and refreshing; an easy drinker. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a tasty beer in the true German hefeweizen tradition.
