Amber copper color with a thick head with short retention.
Malty aroma with lots of caramels and pine. Strawberry jam arises once it warms up.
Flavor with notes of caramels, pine, floral and herbal hops, overripe oranges, toasted malts and mild soap. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with good carbonation. Alcohol of 7.2% abv is well disguised.
Piney, caramely and herbaceous IPA. Although the brewer says, and I agree, it is an English style IPA, it is not that bland showing off its 49 IBUs. It does not have the IPA profile I generally like.
Ps. would you really be that worried about organic after ingesting alcohol?! For hipsters...

No bottling or best-by information on the bottel.

Bright copper and gold body with a thick, white, creamy head. Very faint aroma, mostly grains with a lesser note of pine. Taste mostly offers a stinging hop bitterness; very little malt character. Medium bodied; crisp and dry.

A disappointing offering that really skimps on any malt character. One-dimensional hop bitterness with very little aroma is another bust. Despite decent looks and feel, the heart and soul of any decent beer is taste and aroma. This beer is sadly deficit in those areas.
