tried this on tap last week, ended up getting a sixer today. The beer is crystal amber in appearance. Similar to a low end such as busch but with a brighter glow. No head when I poured her in my glass. Looks a lot like a cider. Smells mildly sweet and strong full scent of wheat earns my approval. I hate flavored beers but this one is phenomenal. I can't believe this flavor was achieved in a beer. The acai taste is spot on and I really like wheaty brews so I give this one a 4.75. Mouthfeel is fine. The only thing is that I wish It had more than 4 percent alc by volume. Oh well

Fresh 12 oz bottle with an updated label.

Amber; weak head despite fairly high visible carbonation.

Feel: medium-light body; medium-high carbonation. Dry finish.

Flavor: good, nearly neutral sweet/bitter balance. Very fruity, with the acai berries nearly masking the malts. Lingering fruity flavor.

Aroma: very fruity; natural fruit; subtle bready malt base.

O: worth tryig for acai flavor.

Pours a hazy gold with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and subdued berry aromas. Taste is much the same with watery grain and slightly tart berry flavors on the finish. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a below average beer that is fairly drinkable but it's quite watery and bland all around.
