A: Golden honey color. Lacy, light and frothy head. Slightly cloudy, but not hazy and not a turn off.
S: It has nice and balanced notes of citrusy and grassy hops and sweet bread malts. Crisp, clean and consistent aromas. Not overpowering though, but also not exciting.
T: Sharp hop bitterness, but not overwhelming. Citrus, pine or grassy notes. Short layers of caramel malts poke through and balance the hops out. It has long finish with a residual astringency left on the tongue.
M: It's pretty light on the palate, though it does leave a tannic feeling on the tongue. It feels more effervescent than it really is.
D: This would make a decent spring-going-into-summer beer. One could definitely enjoy a few of these in a row.
Serving type: on-tap
