This place has a nice upscale, old feel to it. The interior of the place is nice, and the beer is brewed there so its always fresh. the service was excellent and everybody was very friendly. they have a pretty good selection on tap, i was there for the russian imperial stout release, so there was the added benefit of having old herb, their stout, and several of the saisons available on tap. didn't really eat anything while i was there, just went for the beer and it was all good. I will definitely be going down for future releases, and would love to check this place out in the summer. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has not been (647 characters)

I'm lucky that Publick House is located so close to my family home because these are the beers that helped get me into the craft beer scene.

I've been drinking their beers for the better part of a decade now and I swear that I've never had a beer from them that I disliked. Even after they got a new brewmaster I still enjoy all their beers.

They have a very nice location in between the train station and the town proper. They decor of the brewpub is very nice with ample space at the bar and extra indoor and outdoor seating as well. I often enjoy sitting in the dining area because I enjoy looking at the brewing equipment.

There service is decent, the servers usually don't know a lot about beer but they are always keen to tell me when I'm ordering one of their 750ml bottles.

My only real beef with the place is the food itself. Their burgers and fries are lousy in my opinion, Ive had wings served to me there that were clearly left in the frier for too long and my favorite dish, the Po' boys, is often drowned in their sauce.

But on the bright side everything at Publick House is reasonably priced.

Even with the food being what it is I love this place. (1,174 characters)
