On tap from a big pint at Platypus Pub in Bend over the weekend... Fairly clear golden with a whispy white head.. spotty lacing.. nose is big lemon with a nice hit of lactic acid and a little sulfur that dissipates with some time in the glass. The flavor has the same lactic element and a proper lemony flavor... hints of wheat malt do little to slay the low pH... Drinkability is off the charts, but the acid is a bit high IMO, but what do I know?

Nice light drinkable beer.
Straw colored with a thin head that quickly dissipated to nothing.
The pint I had today was quite tart, bordering on outright sour.
Glad i tried it, but it would not be go to beer under any circumstances. Just a little too acidic for me to drink much of.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a lightly cloudy straw yellow, with a thin cap of white head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
The aroma was pretty typical, some soft wheat under a medium tartness. On the tongue though, the beer really popped across the tastebuds. The wheat was a bit bolder, while still being nicely earthy, and the the tartness was just short of actually being sour.
The body was nicely crisp and clean, and the beer had a great dry finish. Drinkability was excellent and at a low ABV, you can easily drink several. Overall, a very nice take on the style, certainly worth a shot if you see it.
