Acquired via trade...thanks Mike. 22 ounce bottle poured into my Moonlight glass. Comes in at 7.5%. No bottling info is given, but this was just released.

A-Pours a slightly hazy amber color. It has a little bit of sediment. It has a one finger off white head that slowly breaks down to a nice bubbly layer. Some good lacing is left with this one.

S-Smells really fresh. It is loaded with juicy citrus aromas, particularly orange.

T-Lots of fruit upfront along with some toasted pale malt in the middle. Nice bitter grapefruit flavor at the end adds to the fruitiness.

M-Medium bodied and very crisp.

D-A really good and refreshing IPA.

Glad I was finally able to try this one. Well worth seeking out. One of the better PacNW IPAs.

Poured into a imperial nonic a deep burnt orange tinged amber with a large two finger fluffy crown that really took a long time to settle, leaving broken globs of foam.Big juicu ctrus fruit aromas,I mean they come out in a blast, some caramel malt is thrown in but the big grapefruit and tangerine aromas steal the show.Wow that is one smooth beer,it glides down effortlessly,no rough edges at all, very nice.More resiny hop flavor on the palate than in the nose to go along with the citric element, the caramel/biscuit malt base really holds up well to the hops,as it warms a tinge of sweet alcohol shows itself.A damn fine left coast ipa,I expected it to be good,it was great.

Thank you BeerKangaroo for this great IPA.

In a pint glass the beer was a hazy orange color with a medium-sized white head. There was a good deal of lace.

Mostly citrus and floral aroma. A little bit of pine. Sweet malt background.

Grapefruit taste. The pine came out more in the taste, and there was less of a flowery taste. Caramel.

A nice hoppy, sweet IPA. Send me more, Adam!

Pint served in a nonic at Laurelwood Public House & Brewery.
Pared with their absolutely fantastic Brat sandwich.
This beer is a worthy representative of the West Coast IPA style.
Poured a shade darker than golden nice head retention.
Fruity, balanced, mild hoppyness makes this a very drinkable and enjoyable experience.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams glass.
Thanks BeerKangaroo for this one!

What a lovely beer, beautiful orange-gold color and, thanks to my aggressive pour, a nice foamy and lasting head that mounds nicely above the rim of the glass. It dissipates to some lovely and long-lasting lacing.

A great aroma goes a long way towards making a beer among my favorite IPA's and this one is very nice. This isn't quite up there with some of my all-time favorites but it's excellent. The pine hits me first and then some nice floral notes and a bit of citrus, maybe a little pineapple as well.

The taste is top-notch. I'm hit straight off with the pine, then a mix of pine and and citrus and a little bit of the sweet malt backbone (which becomes more pronounced as the beer warms a bit). There is a piney resinous taste that lingers at the back of the tongue. Yeah, the bitter sticks around, in a very good way.

There is a fair amount of carbonation here but it serves to keep the taste buds alive for the next sip. There is a little lingering stickiness that is not at all unpleasant.

This is a very nice IPA that, were it available to me, I would buy regularly. Excellent.

Very light amber color, good lacing, medium collar, wisps. Aroma is muted earthy malt, some citrus and floral hops. Taste is bitter earthy hops, astringent as hell. Medium body and medium high carbonation.

22oz bomber poured into a wine glass.

Pours a clear Brite amber with a small white head with a lot of sticky lacing. Nose is very fresh and Brite its hoppy and herbal.

Taste is quite bitter and a bit medicinal but still very enamel ripping. Mouthfeel is sharp and crisp with a good bite on the end.

Poured from 220z bottle into a pint glass.

A: beautiful orange amber color with 2 fingers of ivory head. Decent lacing.

S: piney hops with faint citrus.

T: well balanced hops, citrus, and pine. Slightly bitter, but not over so. Older bottles will be more bitter.

M: mild carbonation, but smooth.

O: I love this IPA. It's always a go to if I'm in need of a trusted favorite. Well balanced, decent price, and now in 12oz bottles. A great NW IPA.

Exciting and vibrant coppery orange color, 1" head. Pine, grapefruit and lemon aroma. Nice, very nice.

Taste, pine and lemon stay upfront, grapefruit down the stretch. Good PacNW hopping, seems to use the cascade hops in a very good way (not that I've seen them used bad aside from some homebrews). A lighter malt accompaniment, this one doesn't come close to being syrupy or heavy. A higher strength ipa, this could easily pass for an imperial, but the abv never imposes its will on you, let's you take the beer in without being hot or imposing. Wish I bought more of these when I had the chance.
