Clear and very light blond-colored beer with a white head that stands a couple of fingers tall. Head retention is good, and leaves a fair trace of lace behind.
Hay and grassy aromas, plus sweet bread-like malts.
The first sip reveals a crisp and clean lager with lots of carbonation. The taste is semisweet from the malts, with no bitterness of hops. I also get some lemony character. The body is light, true to the style.
The finish has some malt sweetness to it, but is generally lacking in flavor. Overall this isn't a great beer, but for the sad style of light lager it's not a bad representation.
