On cask at C'est What for the 1812 War commemorative event.
Muddy burgundy, with a white head. Light lacing and a film of retention. Nose is fruity, some mild berry notes, sweet malts, a bit of grape. Fairly bready. Gentle fruitiness on the palate, sweet Easter bread (cuzzupe for Southern Italians...) and some light cocoa notes. Medium feel, sweet with a little carbonation. A fruitier English brown, good but not outstanding.
