This West Coast IPA is a furious fusion of untamed hops and devilish malt. Pine, citrus, and lemon dance a wild tango alongside a kick of bitterness, leaving you with a lingering, rebellious bite that echoes with each sip.

500 mL tall boy dumped into a tumbler in Toulouse, France. Chizzy chickaboom spooch oozes up out an orange sud.
Good floral stank zips in the nose. Dunka funk too.
Taste booms cascades of hops that follows itself to lychees and grapefruits mating.
Mouth is aggressive, and the carbonation is deserved.
Overall - Man! This is so much better a beer than anything else in its class.

Very nice color and aroma. Aroma is somewhat fruity but with a prominent citrus scent. The citrus aroma definitely comes out in the taste as well. Very prominent citrus taste (with maybe some floral notes?). It's moderately bitter and doesn't take away from the flavor. Solid IPA.

NOVEMBER 2023.
33 cl bottle (2,50€).
Discreet foam, but of little consistency: it doesn't last long and only a little remains in the superficial layer.
In the mouth, medium-bodied beer, with slightly subdued carbonation, but still present.
The main taste (now) is that of a tropical fruity (mango, melon) and citrus (orange peel), before a finish that is decidedly drier than bitter, in which herbaceous notes of pine needles timidly appear.
The bitterness is really light, while fruity notes (especially mango) remain on the palate.
I notice a very light metallic note in this bottle.
Nothing to do with the Punk IPA that was brewed 12/15 years ago... much more herbaceous and citrusy, bitter and intense. And also much cleaner to the eye and fragrant to the smell. This is an artisanal product that has adapted to the average consumer.

Poured from can. ABV 5.4. Classic Scottish brewery and flagship IPA. Very easy to drink, eminently sessionable. Nice fruity and hoppy classic IPA aromas. Taste follows, not surprisingly so. Always a solid choice.

Stovepipe can pour- clear golden straw color with short white head leaving scattered lacing. Can states brewed in Ohio, 7.5% abv, west coast ipa. Nose is fruity and fairly tropical. Taste follows with an almost medicinal aftertaste that lingers on the finish. Slightly bitter and astringent. An odd one that must be a different brew than the Scottish version.

Just a pale imitation of what it was. Resinous clear cheap beer from a brewery that needs a reality check

From 6/2/23. Can bought over from England. Surprised I haven't had this before. Decent stab at a American ipa, a little fruity, nice bitter finish.
