My very first beer from the guys across the pond at Brewdog.
5 AM Saint pours a nice burgundy amber with an abundance of cream colored foam. Lacing was the high point of the appearance with gobs of it stuck to the sides of my glass. A feast for the eyes.
Aroma was also very pleasant, notes of light citrus and dark orange are among the first, with subtle nuances of darker malts creeping in. Aroma reminds me of a light barleywine; nice sweetness from the barley and bitter herbal hops. Lookin good so far.
I wasn't expecting much in this beer, but it sure did treat me right. Began with modest hops and prickly carbonation at the front, then slowly relented to sweetness of caramel and biscuit. Finish was very smooth with residual bitterness. I will echo what some others have said; its dry on the back end. Almost crisp.
Mouthfeel is a good medium. I liked how the mouthfeel changes toward the finish. Begins nice and full and finishes light and dry.
Drinkability gets good marks due to its lightness at the finish. Big session potential. I would love to make a cheese pairing for this.
A good solid offering from Brewdog. I gotta get this one more often.

I had this beer at a hotel bar in Sweden on 6/19/14. The best by date was 6/19/14 (perfect timing, right? wrong). Dense, opaque amber appeareneceand a medium-dark head. Head didn't last long. Taste was good for an amber, but not remarkable. An enjoyable beer that was unfortunately past it's prime. I'd recommend trying 5 A.M. Saint if you can find it fresh or on tap.
