Comes out of the bottle in a hazy copper, burnt orange with an off white tight head. It is a bit dark, bubbly and intense looking brew.
Aromas of fruity citrus, pine and caramel flood the nose. The hop notes provide floral smells and the malt provides the backbone.
Piney and fruity bitter hops hit the tongue first and then play to a sweet malty center with hops resonating again on the back, with a lasting finish that is a battle of sweet malt and bitter hops. Notes of apricot, orange, pine, grapefruit rind.
This is a very tasty and simple straightforward DIPA.
Nice malt presence, resounding hop presence.

On Draft at Meddlesome Moth. Served in a tulip glass.
A- Copper. Little head that dissapeared quickly. Very little lacing. Clear as day
S - I'm getting caramel and citrus
T - Candied sugar and bitterness blend well
M - Smotth. No alcohol burn
This tasted better the more it warmed up. I'd definitely let it sit a bit before drinking.

A: Cooper/burnt orange with low to medium, white head, which dissapears quickly. Very clear no haziness.
S: Intense fruity aromas - citrus (orange, tangerine), some tropical fruits (mango). Clean malty sweetness. Resinous and grassy. Some alcohol notes.
T: Strong an complex hop flavour - mainly citrus (orange, tangerine, grapefruit) and tropical fruits (mango, pineapple) - those two are dominant. In the background some grassy and pine notes. High bitterness from the start till the end in the very end sweet accents. Aftertaste is bitter.
M: Smooth. Medium body. Medium carbonation. No alcohol warmin:
O: Very good, highly drinkable IIPA, good balance between hop and malty/sweet character.
