Poured from a 330ml bottle. Pours a hazy orangish yellow. There are abundant aromas of light citrus, fresh bright hops and grainy malt. The taste, though, is really eye-opening. Very fruity, with round peach and apricot notes. It does have a nice dry finish with a little bitter on the end. Excellent carbonation, medium bodied.

Exp Oct 2013

A: Bright orangy yellow. Very hazy and cloudy. short head.
S: Fairly plasticy, but lemon peel and grains under that.
T: Banana orangy, yeasty and wheaty. Most similar to Willeke by De Prael, Slightly bitter,
M: Exceptionally light and fluffy mouth feel . quite creamy with a plastic tang/zing
O: Quite nice. Next time I would try and be careful to not pour in the yeast which might improve it. A special flavor and very much enjoyed.

Recently stumbled across my notes from The Festival 2012. Lets do this!

A - Poured a nice golden hue with a solid one finger white head that fades to leave good sticky thick lacing.

S - Aromas are nice apples, sweet malts, and gentle yeast/bready malts.

T - Taste is solid, like the nose just now the typical beglian spice notes come in to play. Faint corriander.

M - Mouthfeel is sold, nicely carbonated yet smooth.

O - Overall, a solid De La Senne offering. Very nice indeed.
