The pale end of the spectrum for a tripel but thick-looking and full of bubbles, under a finger of creamy foam. Nice but subtle hop flower, citrus , a tinge of toast and yeast in the smell. The flavor is strongly hopped for the style, a bit of citrus pith in the bitterness, but still with a dose of malt. A nice toasty note, too. Substatial in the mouth but more-ish and cleansing, a nice feel. An updated take on the tripel.

A: Pours a hazed apricot color with a good looking one finger soapy cream colored head. Leaves some nice lace after each sip.
S: Sweet Belgian yeast notes upfront with some heavy clove, honey, vanilla and faint grassy hop notes in the back. Pretty solid smell.
T: Pretty heavy notes of bready malt mixed with honey and candi sugar right away. Bread crust, light green apple, and some faded grassy hops in the background. Mouthfeel is very heavy for me and the sweetness really bogs things down. I don't think I'd have this again.

Golden pear coloring this is bright and seems to be a summer beer. The head was thick and bright white with a settled foam.
The scent held a lot of summery orchard fruits, honey, white wine, vinegar and a doughy, bready malt.
The flavors held much of the same varieties of the scent as the honey, white wine and bready malts come through. I also found honeysuckle, Apple, pear, banana and even a little bubblegum.
The feel is effervescent, bubbling, sparkling and alive but not harsh. There is also a tinge of sour and a bit of sweet.
