From a 330 ml bottle into a globe glass.
A-A normal pour produces a murky, deep golden brew with orange highlights. The head starts out at one finger of white foam but drops pretty quickly to a thick cap that hangs around until the end of the beer. There is a bit of random lacing left behind on the glass.
S-The smell is a pleasing mixture of floral, fragrant (for a Belgian) hops, and sweet scents like bubblegum, powdered sugar, and fresh dough. The alcohol is sweet and noticeable, but not rip-your-face-off strong or hot. I also smell just a bit of straw and grass, too.
T-The taste is more aggressive than the smell with more assertive alcohol that comes through as floral and herbal. There is also more pepper, grass, straw, and sharpness on the tongue than on the nose. That sharpness does a nice job of balancing the doughy, powdery sweetness that underlies this brew's base.
M-The heft is medium with ultra-fine, smooth carbonation, and a wet mid-palate sensation. It is a little odd.
O-This is an enjoyable tripel that was under my radar until now. The beer is a little on the sweet side, especially on the nose, but the taste is aggressive with a nice amount of grassy, floral, spicy kick. The somewhat lackluster appearance and odd mouthfeel hold this beer back from being great.

A: Pours a hazed apricot color with a good looking one finger soapy cream colored head. Leaves some nice lace after each sip.
S: Sweet Belgian yeast notes upfront with some heavy clove, honey, vanilla and faint grassy hop notes in the back. Pretty solid smell.
T: Pretty heavy notes of bready malt mixed with honey and candi sugar right away. Bread crust, light green apple, and some faded grassy hops in the background. Mouthfeel is very heavy for me and the sweetness really bogs things down. I don't think I'd have this again.

Golden pear coloring this is bright and seems to be a summer beer. The head was thick and bright white with a settled foam.
The scent held a lot of summery orchard fruits, honey, white wine, vinegar and a doughy, bready malt.
The flavors held much of the same varieties of the scent as the honey, white wine and bready malts come through. I also found honeysuckle, Apple, pear, banana and even a little bubblegum.
The feel is effervescent, bubbling, sparkling and alive but not harsh. There is also a tinge of sour and a bit of sweet.
